Anasdair font
Former British type & cartoon designeras well as Prof. of Herbert Post's Post Antiqua, Richard Yeend designed Anasdair font in 2003. Anasdair is a semi-serif text face which maintains the calligraphic origins. Its uppercase characters display is mono-spaced appearance, even & wide. Lowercase letters couples are tall x-heights & large apertures. Anasdair font helps to lead the eye through the letters' curves-bringing the reader's eye across the line of the page. This font contain extra ligature pairs not found in the standard character set (e.g. ft, ffi and tt), as well as alternative characters, such as a long s or second capital I.
