The Brown font family
Brown font is the compact sans serif face with round letterforms than the usual condensed grotesques as Univers, Helvetica. It has a barely discernible distressing that is minutely little perceptible in extra bold fonts. The effect is nearestly same as Walburn & ShinnType. Letters of this font are modernist. The figures maintain proportional widths. It is named by Canadian publisher & politician George Brown. Toronto based type designer & art director Nick Shinn designed this font in 1999.
