Trebuchet font
The font was first designed by Vincent Connare back in the year 1996. The font has taken its inspiration from sans serifs of 1930s. The sans serif of 1930s had large x heights and rounds features intended to promote readability on signs. The typeface name is credited to a puzzle heard at Microsoft. Trebuchet is a hallmark of Microsoft Corporation registered in the U.S. Patent Hallmark Office and may be registered in other jurisdictions.
