URW Imprint font
Imprint font holds an individual place in the �Monotype typeface library�. It was the 1st font designed particularly for mechanical composition. Specially made by E. Jackson, E. Johnston, J. Mason & G. Meynell for a new review called Imprint font which they were setting up. It is a customized Old style with a Caslon oldface motif. The more ancient features of Caslon were dropped the style was enlarged but certain old face character were retained. It was appeared in the market in1913.
